Booking & Rental Details
Everything you need to know about renting one of our tap trailers.
- The trailer rental fee is $795 minimum (Monday-Wednesday) and $995 minimum (Thursday – Sunday) and includes 3 hours of service.
- Additional hours of service may be purchased for $150 per hour.
- We offer full bar catering services through our exclusive liquor partner, Wingman Entertainment. If you currently have a bar caterer for your event, they can purchase the kegs on your behalf. If you are purchasing the alcohol yourself for your event, we are happy to refer you to a liquor retailer where you can purchase the kegs. In either of these scenarios, we charge a premium on the trailer rental fee based on the number of kegs purchased.
- Two of our taps are “wired” to serve bubbly and one tap is set up to serve flat wine (rosé, anyone??)
- One keg equals 26 bottles of bubbly – that’s about (70) 9oz glasses or (100) 6oz glasses!
- Wingman Entertainment will include one bartender for 100 or fewer guests, or two bartenders for over 100 guests.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are secured on a first come, first serve basis.
- Delivery is free within 20 miles of Reseda, CA (91335). Each additional mile thereafter incurs a $1.50 per mile fee.
- The trailer is roughly 15 feet in length, 8 feet in height and 6 feet in width. Maneuvering the trailer into position requires additional space. We recommend an additional 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area for guests to wait in line and be served.
- The trailer needs access to a standard 120V outlet to run.
- A mimosa or champagne cocktail bar may be added for an additional cost. Please inquire for more information.

JUST LAUNCHED // The ``Champagne Room`` Photo Booth
Located inside The Bubble Tap Trailer, the “Champagne Room” is the ultimate photo booth experience! Capture every moment (and sip!) at your next event. The Champagne Room photo booth offers both photos and GIFs, along with social sharing capabilities. Customization is available to promote your brand or event! The photo booth rental is $500 for 3 hours.
