The standard catering calculation for alcohol service is two (2) drinks per person for the first hour and one (1) drink per person each hour thereafter.
Our kegs house 640 ounces of liquid. A standard bubbly or wine pour is six (6) ounces which equal roughly 106 glasses.
We use corny kegs, so you can fill the keg with however much or little you would like.
Other factors can affect consumption such as how heavy a drinking crowd the guests are and whether or not other alcohol is being served.
