How Much Alcohol You Need

  • The standard catering calculation for alcohol service is two (2) drinks per person for the first hour and one (1) drink per person each hour thereafter.
  • Our kegs house 640 ounces of liquid. A standard bubbly or wine pour is six (6) ounces which equal roughly 106 glasses.
  • We use corny kegs, so you can fill the keg with however much or little you would like.
  • Other factors can affect consumption such as how heavy a drinking crowd the guests are and whether or not other alcohol is being served.
