Meet Heather
Heather Massel is a New Orleans native who was living in Los Angeles, pursuing a career in pharmaceutical sales, for the past 8 years. She had been contemplating moving back home to New Orleans for quite a while, but the timing never felt right. Heather dearly missed the culture and fun New Orleans has to offer. Family, friends, festivals, Saints football, and carnival season were the things she adored most about the city.
Once Heather stumbled upon Bubble Tap, she instantly knew it would be the perfect match for The Big Easy! Introducing this innovative idea of bubbly on wheels to her home city was the perfect ticket to bring her back to her family and friends. She couldn’t wait to start her Bubble Tap adventure, incorporating the mobile bar with the things she adored most about New Orleans. Heather quickly made the move and is now spreading her passion for bubbly all over The Big Easy.
