Tap Trailer Co. is honored to receive many charitable requests to support our local communities. We are a small startup and do not currently have a budget for paid sponsorships, but we welcome opportunities for in-kind donations.

Please note the following guidelines before making a request:

• Requesting organization or individual’s cause must be a 501(c)(3) OR the event must have significant PR/marketing value.
• Requests must be made at minimum one month in advance of desired event date.
• Donations are limited and based on availability.
• A credit card authorization is required for all donation events. Your card will only be charged if the trailer is canceled for any reason.
• Each city may have additional requirements.
