2022 House of Spirits Recipe Guide

Thank you for attending the 2022 House of Spirits – A Haunted Cocktail Soirée! Below you will find all of the recipes to the delicious cocktails served at the experience, and where to find the spirits we used to, pardon the pun, “execute” our craft cocktails. Enjoy and we will see you next year!

OLD RASPUTIN

1.5oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur
1oz Lemon Juice
2 drops Aromatic Bitters
1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients until egg white foams. Add crushed ice. Strain over single format square ice cube into rocks glass. Garnish with dried apricot.

THE KOLEDA

.75oz Ghost Tequila
.75oz Aperol
.75oz Yellow Chartreuse
.75oz Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with dried chili pepper.

TILI TILI BOM

2oz Roku Gin
1oz St Germain
1oz lime juice
4-5 sprigs of mint

Hold 4-5 mint leaves in hand and clap hands together to express mint oils. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a bushell of mint.

FALLING LEAF

.75oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
.75oz Apple Brandy
.75oz Grenadine
.75oz Lime Juice
Top with PRESS Premium Alcohol Seltzer Apple Cinnamon Seltzer

Combine all ingredients except PRESS Premium Alcohol Seltzer Apple Cinnamon Seltzer into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with 2oz of PRESS Premium Alcohol Seltzer Apple Cinnamon Seltzer.

THE ROMANOV

2oz Rum
.75oz Giffard Banane du brésil
.75oz Kalani Coconut Liqueur
.50oz lime juice

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated pineapple ring.
