- 3/4oz Japanese Whisky
- 3/4oz Ketel One Cucumber Mint Vodka
- 1/2oz Giffard Green Melon
- 1/2oz Yuzu Juice ( or lemon juice if unavailable)
- 1 Dash Firewater
Shake and strain all ingredients EXCEPT GINGER BEER into Collins glass. Add crushed ice, Top with ginger beer. Garnish with Shiso and Japanese candies.
Taste: Spicy green melon, ginger and piney citrus.
